NASHVILLE – Representative Doug Overbey (R-Maryville) has announced that he will hold regular sessions of “Coffee and Conversation” events across Blount County, beginning Saturday morning, March 1, 2008.

Overbey said the events are simply a way to connect with constituents and continue his on-going efforts to be available and accessible to constituents. “I enjoy getting out and hearing from constituents about their concerns and ideas,” stated Rep. Overbey. “These events are informal settings where all constituents are invited to come and just let me know what’s on their mind. I look forward to seeing everyone there.”
