NASHVILLE – Representative Doug Overbey (R-Maryville) has announced that he will hold additional “Coffee and Conversation” events across Blount County this coming Saturday morning, March 15, 2008.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed hearing from constituents the past two Saturdays and look forward to seeing even more constituents this coming Saturday morning,” Rep. Overbey stated.

Overbey said the events offer a direct way to connect with constituents and continue his on-going efforts to be as available and accessible as possible to constituents. “I enjoy getting out and hearing from constituents about their concerns and ideas,” stated Rep. Overbey. “These events are informal settings where all constituents are invited to come and just let me know what’s on their mind. I look forward to seeing everyone there.”
